S'mores Bark (Vegan Friendly) by Dandies Vegan Marshmallows

Looking for fun baking to try out post school or over the weekend with the kids? You can never go wrong with marshmallows can you and we’re in love with S’Mores Bark by Dandies Vegan Marshmallows @mydandies they’re super delish and vegan friendly too! Happy Baking x

 

Ingredients

·         One bag of Dandies® Mini Marshmallows

·         Digestive Biscuits

·         Chocolate Drops

·         1 cup of sugar

·         1 cup of butter/vegan butter

 

Instructions

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lay out your digestive biscuits graham crackers.

In a small saucepan on medium heat, combine butter and sugar, stirring until dissolved.

Pour this mixture over the Digestive biscuits. Use a spatula to spread evenly if needed. Bake for 5 minutes at 180 celsius.

While still hot sprinkle on chocolate chips and spread as they are melting. Sprinkle on Dandies and garnish with a chocolate drizzle!

Once completely cooled you can break apart and enjoy!
