Privacy Policy

Welcome to Coco’s Pantry Privacy Policy.

In light of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into force in the UK from 25 May 2018, our privacy policy, which explains how we manage your data and how it is shared, is vitally important to us.

We only collect and use data in the normal course of running our business. We do not share your data with third parties except where necessary, so that we can fulfil your orders.

Basically, we use your data to process your orders.

This includes your name, company details (if applicable), invoice address, delivery address, email address, phone number and VAT number (again, if applicable). This data is shared with our carriers (FEDEX) so that they can get your order to you as smoothly as possible.

With your consent, Coco’s Pantry & FEDEX will also:

·   Use your mobile number and/or email address to help you to manage your delivery slot.

·   Use your email address to send you order acknowledgements, invoices and statements.

We may use your data so that we can update you about our amazing products or any general Coco’s related news that you wouldn’t want to miss out on!

How we collect and manage your data.

In the first instance, we will usually collect information through the Coco’s website, by phone or email – mainly when you place an order or request information.

We will work to the best of our abilities to collect, process, store and share your information safely and securely. We will also endeavour to ensure that the other businesses we work with are just as careful with your data.

If you have registered for an online account via our website:

You will be given the option at the checkout to save your card payment details. If you opt for this, we use Stripe as our trusted and secure payment gateway as it is globally recognised by all major banks. When viewing a saved card, only the last four digits of the card will be visible.

If you have subscribed for email marketing (separate to a customer account):

You can opt out or unsubscribe at any time by clicking unsubscribe in the footer of any of our email marketing / newsletters. If you have any problems, contact info@goodnessgoodies.co.uk and we will be willing to help you.
