What’s the name of your business? Dopa Delights

Is running your business your full time job?: No

How long have you been running your business? 8 Months.

What inspired you to start doing what you do?:  I work full time as a chef, and dream of opening a luxury vegan patisserie one day.

What is your signature bake / cake / chocolate creation? : My croissants, they are made entirely from scratch, I laminate the pastry, it took over 9 months to develop the receipe, and they take around 10 hours to make with proving time.

Are your bakes/cakes/chocs available online with UK delivery?: No

Would you say most of your customers are vegan?: WNo, some are, some have allergies, some come to me because they like my style of bakes.

What's your favourite Saturday night dinner or take away? : Ooooh, homemade? A stir fry ornaments, takeaway? A pizza.

Dream holiday destination? : Iceland, I want to see the northern lights.

Favourite season?: Autumn all the way.
